Option 1: ONE-TIME Payment Option:

• a) ONE-TIME Payment Option is based on the number of pages - Most of our designs range from 4-8 pages. For example 175WebDesign.com has five main navigational pages: "home", "pricing", "about", "contact", and "privacy policy". The cost of this site would be calculated at 5 pages times $175 per page for a total of $875.
• b) Licensing Fee: There is an additional licensing fee generally ranging between $85 and $255 per design, which is a one-time fee to grant you full license to use the design for the life of your site.
• c) Terms: You pay 50% retainer to begin and then the remaining 50% would be paid upon your approval of the finished project.
• d) Four page minimum.
• e) If you find a design that has more pages than you wish to use, then you will only be charged for the pages you wish to use. For example, if you select a 7 page design, but you only want to use 4 pages, then you would only be charged for 4 pages and the other pages would be removed from the design.
• f) Hosting fees are not included (monthly hosting available as low as $9.98 per month).

Option 2: Monthly Payment Option:

• a) The Monthly Payment Option is available for any design categories. This option allows you to break your payment into monthly payments. • b) Terms: pay a total of $298* ($498* for OS Commerce) upfront for setup plus the cost of your design, then $99 per month thereafter.

• c) 6 page website maximum.
